ADVANCED NURSE PRACTITIONER - (ANP)
Our 2 ANP's can diagnose, treat, prescribe and refer. We would be grateful if when offered an appointment with them that patients did not insist they only see a GP as we use our GP appointments for serious long term illness such as Cancer or serious Heart conditions.
ANP - WHAT THEY CAN DO FOR YOU
I have asked for patient comments on the treatment they have received from the ANP's - here are some of them
"On both occasions I received prompt and polite attention and good advice and the follow up treatment happened as and when she said it would"
"The ANP who saw me could not have been more helpful"
"I don't understand why some patients can't give them a chance to find out what can be offered - after all a GP is always there to support for any more difficult health issue"
